If you liked Magnifica Humanitas, I think you'd like Laborem Exercens, which is about human work - its distinction between the objective and subjective sides of work (objective = the things produced, subjective = how the work grows the worker) is now forever part of how I think about work.
That encyclical also has the best definition of just wage of any encyclical, but "the intersection of money and virtue" is my passion, not necessarily yours =)
